Lake Ohakuri River Ride
A Social ride on Lake Ohakuri with hot pools and other sights.

A day trip up the river stopping at various locations of interest around the lake

- BYO Lunch
- You will need to bring 20 litres of fuel in a container to top up with during the ride.
- Helmets are not compulsory for this event, but we do recommend the use of them.
There is no charge for this event, However as this ride will be sanctioned through our affiliated governing body the NZJSBA you will require to have an NZJSBA Social license to be able to take part, these licenses have a one of cost of $20 and are valid for the current season.
The by-law for the region requires your PWC to be registered for use on the lake, this can be obtained online on the Waikato regional council website here – https://www.waikatoregion.govt.nz/services/regional-services/navigation-safety/rules-and-safety/jetskis/ . If your PWC is already registered in another zone your current registration is valid.
